Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 17th 2025

By booking or using any photography or videography services provided by V. Suero Art LLC, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit (50 percent or rate discussed) is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance is due by the date of the session or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments are non-refundable except in the event that V. Suero Art LLC cancels the service.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

 

3. Delivery

  • Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered via a private online gallery or download link within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • RAW (unedited) files are not included unless specified in the contract.

 

4. Copyright & Usage

  • V. Suero Art LLC retains the copyright to all images and video footage captured.

  • Clients receive a personal use license and may share content for personal or non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

 

5. Client Consent

  • With your permission, V. Suero Art LLC may use select photos or videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

 

6. Liability

  • While every reasonable effort is made to ensure satisfaction, V. Suero Art LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, technical issues).

 

7. Agreement

  • Use of our services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
